Preventative Maintenance
The most common issues for companies who attempt to perform their own preventative maintenance are:
- Do not have the time to properly keep up with PM
- Cannot find qualified staff to perform PMs
- May not be familiar enough with the machinery to perform what is needed
If proper maintenance of machinery is not performed:
- The machine can go down
- Product can be produced unknowingly out of specifications
What we inspect and correct are:
- The controls
- Inner operational aspects of your machines such as the cooling fans, radiators, electrical wiring, and all moving parts
- Waste build up

- Create machine PM checklists for machine operators
- Review all documentation since previous inspection
